While the PercX UI offers lots of functionality, I find it very confusing at times - so I hope these instructions make sense. These are the notes you need your MIDI file to trigger. This will also cause little circles to appear on the PercX keyboard at the bottom of the plugin, indicating which notes play each drum.

Also, if you're using a MIDI file to play the PercX drums, you'll need to switch PercX to Manual mode (little round icon near the left of each drum track).To remedy this, you may need to shift some of the notes up/down so they trigger the PercX drums. then the MIDI notes might not be mapped properly to trigger the PercX drums. where did you get the MIDI file that you're using? If you exported the MIDI from PercX it should work fine, but if it's a 3rd party MIDI file, like from Groove Monkey, Toontrack, etc. This will create a sequencer lane for PercX, and you should be able to drag your MIDI clip to the track. If there is no sequencer track for PercX, then right-click PercX in the rack and select "Create Track for PercX".If you want to test it by playing on your MIDI keyboard, just make sure the PercX track is armed in the sequencer. If all of the above looks right, then PercX should be audible when you play it.You may need to expand the Mix channel to see the Inputs. Make sure there are two cables that connect from the PercX "Audio Out" to the "Input" of the Mix channel.
